FlashGrid Customer Success Team earns CSAT Score of 100

FlashGrid is pleased to announce that through the first three quarters of 2020, the Customer Success Team has earned a perfect Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 100. FlashGrid utilizes anonymous CSAT surveys from Delighted, whose customers include Cisco, Bose, Slack, Bonobos, Citrix and others.
