A perfect 100 CSAT score for the second year in a row is also an indication of the high reliability of FlashGrid products that help our customers maximize uptime and performance of their mission critical databases.
FlashGrid utilizes anonymous CSAT surveys from Delighted, whose customers include Cisco, Slack, Bonobos, Instacart, Peloton and others. FlashGrid customers are surveyed on our global 24/7 support which covers all customer infrastructure, including:

- Cloud compute resources, VPC networking, and storage
- Linux kernel/networking/storage component
